A lovely picket fence completes this high set Queenslander. This project took 16 weeks to complete after all three pieces had been stumped.
The first piece arriving.
This was a three piece move.
Starting to raise her to 3mts to be a high set house
Steel stumps are in and a concrete slab is laid underneath.
The classic butterfly staircase starts to take shape.
The lower level's walls are lined in preparation for the cladding.
Doors, windows and cladding are now added to the lower level to create a seamless finish between the two floors..
Landscaping begins and paint colours are chosen.
A rock wall is used as the retaining wall and a paved driveway is added.
Soft leaf buffalo turf is laid and the skirting is put around the upper level under the verandah.
This project has taken 12 weeks so far... A few more weeks to go and she will completed.
Sandstone paving is laid under the front deck.
Landscaping is completed.
